Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use TextBack responsibly and not misuse the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from sending spam or abusive messages.

AI Texting Preview

AI texting is a preview feature. Live AI replies are not enabled yet. When enabled after setup, AI replies use the business information and website pages you select. You are responsible for having permission to use those materials, checking their accuracy and keeping them current. Imported pages are snapshots and may need to be refreshed. Do not include confidential information that should not appear in a customer answer.

AI can make mistakes or be unable to answer. Review your sources and test the responses before enabling automatic replies. Take over conversations that require a person. AI texting does not provide voice answering, voicemail transcription, automatic calendar bookings or emergency dispatch. A reply does not confirm an appointment, price or service commitment unless the business confirms it.

The TextBack plan is $79/month in USD before applicable taxes. Missed-call recovery, the two-way inbox and AI texting are included in one subscription. There is no separate AI add-on fee or expiring AI introduction. The plan renews monthly until canceled through billing. AI access requires an active paid plan or an operator-approved pilot, and the applicable service connection and setup.

The plan includes up to 200 AI generation attempts per calendar month, shared by business tests and customer reply generation. An attempt counts even if no message is produced or sent. AI replies also count toward the shared 300 outbound SMS segment allowance. Long or Unicode messages can use multiple segments. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the month in UTC; reaching an allowance pauses the corresponding activity without automatic paid overages. If your paid plan ends or becomes overdue, AI generation pauses. Your saved sources remain accessible.

Live texting requires an approved, connected messaging number and the recipient's applicable consent. Forwarding voice calls does not connect SMS sent to the original number. Existing-number messaging depends on carrier eligibility and a completed supported connection. Opt-outs must be honored, and permission to respond to a customer's inquiry is not permission for unrelated or recurring promotional messages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our terms. Users may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the last 6 months.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TextBack operates.
